Community Pool
The Terrace Brook Pool is owned and maintained by the Terrace Brook Homeowner Association for the enjoyment of Association members and their guests. It is a “SWIM-AT-YOUR-OWN-RISK POOL” – THERE WILL NOT BE A LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
- The pool area is to be locked at all times. Members of the Association will be allowed access so long as they are members in good standing. An owner or resident delinquent in payment of any assessment or fee due to the Association is not in good standing and is not, therefore eligible to use the pool.
- The pool will not have lifeguards----members and their guests will use the facility at their own risk. A SIGNED RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM WILL BE REQUIRED FROM EACH MEMBER PRIOR TO ISSUE OF A CARD KEY.
- Entry to the pool area will require a card key. Association members in good standing will be able to obtain a card key by mailing the attached data sheet, a signed release of liability form and a check for $10.00 to RealManage at P.O. Box 1416 LaPorte, Texas 77572. Applications will be accepted by mail only.
- Replacement card keys will be issued upon submittal of a written request—the fee for reissuing a card is $10.00.
- If you already have a card key it is not necessary to order a new key. The one you have will work.
- The pool area will not be available for private parties.
- In 2011, the pool will open Saturday April 30th and close Sunday October 30th. It may be used from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. during this period.
- The pool will have a shade structure by the time it opens which will be a new addition. Anyone who witnesses any vandalism at the pool is asked to call the Constable’s office at 281-401-6205, and to notify RealManage.
