Terrace Brook property owners: As we have discussed at the owners meetings for the past few years it is important to have home owners working with the board. To facilitate this process we have decided to create an Advisory Committee to the Terrace Brook HOA (the “Board”). Our vision is the committee will assist by providing leadership among the owners and members, assist Board with communication to the owners and provide advice and support to improve maintenance of the common areas for the best interests of the community as a whole. Please take a moment to get to know these homeowners in your community. Many of your initial questions/concerns may be resolved when you have a conversation with these homeowners. The Unanimous Consent of Directors forming the committee and detailing its structure, purpose and member requirements has been added to the web site and may be viewed on www.terracebrookhoa.com. There is also an e-mail link on the site which will allow owners to send an e-mail directly to the committee members e-mail address. Due to privacy concerns related to posting personal information on the “net” members e-mail addresses, phone numbers and such are not listed. They will be able to contact you by responding to your e-mail. The members of the committee were chosen from owners who have volunteered their time over the past few years for activities to support the community and are listed below. :
